Saffron IMG Services is a consultancy dedicated to supporting international medical graduates as they enter the Canadian healthcare system. We believe in the enormous human capital that IMGs represent and our mission is to increase our clients’ ability to succeed in the rigorous process of integration.

We work with clients 1:1 and in small groups, offering programs and services for CaRMS and PRA applicants, as well as those seeking alternative employment and professional development.

  • We offer a variety of workshops designed to support clients in their readiness to apply to the CaRMS match.

  • We offer small cohort programs designed to help prepare clients for MMIs (multiple mini interview) and CASPER.

    In these programs, we work through different questions every day, with a focus on coherence, critical thinking, and medical ethics. Group sizes are limited to allow ample time for discussion and individual feedback.

    Whether you're brainstorming ideas or need a meticulous eye on a nearly finished document, we can help you write, edit, proofread, and format.

    exam and interview readiness

    We offer mock exams and mock interviews, paired with supportive, actionable feedback to help you build on your existing communication skills and develop new ones.

    English language support

    We offer support for English language refinement, as well as IELTS preparation.

  • We work closely with post-secondary institutions to design and deliver workshops and courses for their IMG clients.

    Our previous offerings have included introductions to CASPER, MMI, ethics for MMI, BC CAP, and personal statement writing.
